Sam’s First Haircut

SamCambria-00086

Phat Sam is growing up. He went for his first haircut and his mom asked me to tag along to take a few pictures. He was such a good boy and only got cranky for a split second when Mr. Chill was trimming along his neckline.

Tuna Salad to the Rescue

KDF_120415_00001

The other night Geoff and I grilled up the loveliest tuna steaks. Just a simple rub of olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary from our garden. The problem was that I made way too many appetizy-tizers to grill as well – cebellitas and jalapeno poppers with more fresh garden fare. Since I can never reheat a perfectly black and blue tuna steak to my liking, I sliced it up cold into the best tuna salad I have ever made. Simple green salad with balsamic vinaigrette and that yummy, yummy tuna steak. Mmm.
